Our Story

Founded by Warner Stephenson in 1987 with the motto “honest work for honest pay” the Company grew with their customers. In 1997 Warner’s son Lawson moved back to the Red River Valley to join Warner in the business and meet the continued growing demands of the customers. The Company has always looked to work hand in hand with the General Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects and Property Owners to ensure timeliness and quality are delivered with every project. We work on commercial projects small to big, simple to complex and will continue to grow the Company workforce and service offerings to support our Customers growing needs.
